Sautéed Mushrooms Recipe by Paula Deen

  • 12 oz mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
  • Paula Deen House Seasoning
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1 cup beef or chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons butter, or herb butter


Heat sauté pan with olive oil, sauté onions until golden add mushrooms. Season with Paula Deen House Seasoning, cook for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze pan with sherry and add stock. Reduce by 2/3 and melt in butter. Serve.
