The Lady and Son’s Old Smokey Peach Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Ole Smokey Pecan Whiskey
  • 2 dashes Angostura or Peach Bitters
  • 1 brown sugar cube or 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 2 frozen peach slices
  • 2 maraschino cherries
  • ½ ounce water
  • Ice

Directions

In a mixing glass, add 1 brown sugar cube or 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 2 dashes of bitters, and the water. Mix with a bar spoon until dissolved.

Add ice and the Peach Whiskey. Stir until chilled.

In a mason jar, add two frozen peach wedges, 2 maraschino cherries, and muddle lightly with a bar spoon. Add ice. Strain mixing glass into the mason jar. Using a smoker, add smoke to the mason jar and cover with a snifter until ready to serve.
