Ingredients
Best-Ever Bloody Mary
- 2 ounces pepper-infused vodka (recipe follows)
- 5 ounces Bloody Mary mix (recipe follows)
- Old Bay Seasoning, for garnish
- lemon wedge, optional, for garnish
- Lime wedge, optional, for garnish
- olive, optional, for garnish
- sliced cucumber, optional, for garnish
- baby bell pepper, optional, for garnish
- pickled okra, optional, for garnish
- cooked bacon, optional, for garnish
- celery, optional, for garnish
Pepper-Infused Vodka
- 1 fresh jalapeño, sliced with the seeds removed
- ⅓ bottle peppers with vinegar
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 (25-ounce) bottle vodka
Bloody Mary Mix
- 2 quarts tomato juice
- ½ cup horseradish
- 2½ tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- ¼ cup Black pepper
- 1⅓ cup lemon juice
- ⅔ cup Hot sauce
- 2½ tablespoons celery seed
- 2 cups Worcestershire
Directions
Best-Ever Bloody Mary
In a cocktail shaker, mix 2 ounces of the pepper-infused vodka and the Bloody Mary mix.
Rim a pint glass with Old Bay seasoning, add ice, and pour the Bloody Mary into the glass.
Garnish with your choice of fixin’s.
Pepper-Infused Vodka
Add all ingredients to a plastic or glass container, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 days. Then, strain it.
Makes a fifth of vodka.
Bloody Mary Mix
Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit for at least 6 hours.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Makes 3 quarts.
