Air Fryer Southern Fried Chicken

- 2½ pounds chicken, cut into pieces
- Paula Deen House Seasoning, to taste
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup Paula Deen Hot Sauce
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- oil, for spraying
Season chicken well with House Seasoning. In a medium bowl, beat together eggs and The Lady & Sons Signature Hot Sauce. Place flour in a shallow dish. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then dredge in flour. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Working in batches of 4, spray tops of chicken with oil and place in air fryer basket. Spray chicken again. Set temperature to 350˚F, and air fry for 15 minutes. Turn chicken, spray with oil, and air fry for 10 minutes more. Turn chicken, spray with oil, and air fry for 10 minutes more. Turn chicken again, and spray with oil. Increase temperature to 400˚F, and air fry for 7 minutes. After chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165˚F, remove to a serving platter and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining chicken.
