Mango, Jicama, and Cucumber Salad

- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon chile powder
- 4 (2) small yellow and (2) red/green, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes mangoes
- 1 medium peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes cucumber
- 1 medium peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes dash of cayenne pepper jicama
- to taste salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the mango, jicama, cucumbers, cayenne, lime juice, chile powder and salt.
Toss well, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
