Ambrosia Salad

  • 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • ½ cup sweetened coconut
  • ½ cup sour cream


Drain the liquid from the oranges into the sink and put the oranges into the bowl.

Drain the liquid from the pineapple and put the pineapple into the bowl.

Add the marshmallows, coconut, and sour cream.

Mix gently with the spatula and serve.
