Ice Cream Balls with Pecans and Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon store bought or homemade vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup toasted chopped fine pecans
  • 1 cup or chocolate sauce, store bought or homemade caramel sauce

Directions

Make ice cream balls by dipping with an ice cream scoop and roll in nuts. Arrange ice cream balls in a glass dish and top with caramel or chocolate sauce. Top with fresh whipped cream and a cherry if desired.
