- 1 TBS olive oil
- 2 sweet onions
Peel & slice the onions into rings, and cut the rings in half.
Turn your pan on to Medium High heat.
Coat the bottom of the pan with the olive oil.
Once the olive oil has heated up, add the onions and continue to cook at high heat for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
After 5 minutes, turn the heat down to Low and continue to cook for 20-25 minutes or until the onions turn a caramelized brown color stirring occasionally.
