Cajun Chicken Fries

- 1/3 cup Paula Deen Hot Sauce
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 lb boneless, skinless and sliced lengthwise into 1/2-inch wide strips chicken breast halves
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Whisk together hot sauce, butter, honey, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Toss chicken strips with flour in a large bowl until coated; shake off excess flour.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat; add half the chicken strips and sauté until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to hot sauce mixture and toss to coat. Repeat with remaining oil and chicken strips.
Serve on a bed of lettuce with white bread.
