- 2 small heads of cabbage
- olive oil
- Paula Deen House Seasoning, to taste
- paprika, to taste
- red pepper flakes, to taste
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the ends off the cabbage heads and then cut each one into four ¾”-1″cabbage steaks. You should have 8 cabbage steaks in total.
Place the cabbage on the baking sheet and brush one side with oil then sprinkle with Paula Deen House Seasoning and paprika. Flip the cabbage over and repeat. Add red pepper flakes to taste.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the leaves are browned and the cabbage is tender in the middle.
