Cabbage Steaks

Ingredients
- 1 whole head green cabbage, sliced into steaks
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp sugar
- olive oil, for drizzling
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
Place the cabbage steaks on a nonstick pan, and drizzle them with the olive oil. Season the cabbage steaks with the salt, pepper, and sugar; then, roast them for 30 minutes.
