Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 6 ounces Nutella, 2 ounces reserved for drizzling
- Oil, for spraying
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions
Peel banana, cut in half lengthwise, and cut again in fourths to create 8 pieces.
Place one egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with one corner pointing toward you. Using a pastry brush, lightly brush corners with water. Spoon ½ ounce of the Nutella in center of egg roll wrapper. Place one piece of the banana horizontally in middle of wrapper. Fold bottom corner of wrapper over banana. Fold left and right corners over banana. Tightly roll filled end toward remaining corner, pressing gently to seal. Repeat with remaining egg roll wrappers.
Working in batches of 2, spray egg rolls with oil and place in air fryer basket. Set temperature to 400 degrees, and air fry for 10 minutes. Turn and spray with oil halfway through cooking. Repeat with remaining egg rolls.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat remaining Nutella for 15 seconds, or until thin enough to pour. Sprinkle egg rolls with powdered sugar and drizzle with warm Nutella. Serve warm.
