Maurita’s Orange Slice Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy golden yellow cake mix (this is the only cake mix that will work)
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 candied orange slices, chopped
- ¾ cup nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Mix the cake mix, egg, and oil together. Stir in the oranges and nuts.
Scoop cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, being careful to not overbake.
