Jamie’s Best Homemade Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Zest of 1 lime, finely grated
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Tortilla chips , for serving

Directions

Place the avocados in a bowl and mash lightly with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients, except the tortilla chips; stir to combine. Mash avocado mixture to the desired consistency. Serve with tortilla chips.
