Grilled Pineapple Sundaes

- 1 large cored and cut into 1-inch-thick slices pineapple
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- for serving vanilla ice cream
- for topping caramel
- for garnish, optional fresh mint
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Brush pineapple slices with melted butter and grill until softened, about 4 to 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream and caramel topping on top of shortcakes. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
