Grilled Pineapple Sundaes

Ingredients

  • 1 large cored and cut into 1-inch-thick slices pineapple
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • for serving vanilla ice cream
  • for topping caramel
  • shortcakes
  • for garnish, optional fresh mint

Directions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Brush pineapple slices with melted butter and grill until softened, about 4 to 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream and caramel topping on top of shortcakes. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
