- 4 (8-oz) packages shredded cabbage, or prepared coleslaw mix
- 4 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1/4 cup prepared coleslaw dressing
Cook’s Note: If preparing cabbage, three suggested cabbage types are: napa, savoy and red.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat.
