- 4 (8 oz) packages or prepared coleslaw mix shredded cabbage
- 4 trimmed and thinly sliced scallions
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1/4 cup prepared coleslaw dressing
Cook’s Note: If preparing cabbage, three suggested cabbage types are: napa, savoy and red.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat.
