- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 ounces creamy peanut butter
- 4½ cups cornflake cereal
- 1 cup sweetened coconut
In medium saucepan, bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil, cooking until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and add peanut butter until melted and smooth.
In a large bowl, mix cornflakes and coconut. Pour hot sugar mixture over the cereal and coconut. Mix thoroughly.
Form into balls the size of walnuts. Let cool on wax paper.
