Air Fryer Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Lemon Zest

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest


In a small bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and black pepper; toss to coat evenly.

Place Brussels sprouts in air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Set temperature to 375˚F, and cook for 15 minutes, shaking occasionally. Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve warm.
