Cook time: 25 minutes

Servings: 2 to 3

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • oil, for spraying
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Paula Deen Red Pepper Jelly

Directions

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, and cayenne pepper and set aside. In another large bowl, combine baking powder and salt. Add chicken wings and toss until well coated.

Place chicken wings in air fryer basket, spray with oil, set air fryer temperature to 200 degrees, and air fry for 15 minutes. After five minutes, turn wings, spray with oil, and continue cooking, shaking basket occasionally. Remove wings to reserved honey mixture and toss well to coat. Return wings to air fryer basket, set temperature to 400 degrees, and air fry for 10 minutes, shaking basket occasionally.

In a large bowl, combine melted butter and Paula Deen Red Pepper Jelly. Toss wings in jelly mixture and serve warm.

Cook’s Note: One pound of chicken wings is about 10 to 12 wings, depending on the size of the wings.
