Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Savannah Honey bourbon
  • juice of ½ a Lime
  • 5 ounces ginger beer
  • 1 ounce prickly pear purée
  • Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

Combine bourbon, lime juice, and prickly pear puree together in a shaker. Shake to combine. Pour into a mason jar or mule mug over ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
