Sugar Cookies

Servings: about 2 dozen cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups Butter
- 2¼ cups sugar
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 7 cups all purpose flour
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream the butter and sugar. Add in the eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly combine your wet and dry ingredients together.
Roll out by hand and use cookie cutters for your desired shape and place them on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-10 minutes until slightly brown on the edges.
Note: If prepping your dough beforehand, you can chill the prepared dough in the fridge, and bring back to room temperature before rolling.
