Shrimp Butter Spread

Servings: 8 to 10

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup Butter, room temperature
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 6 ounces salad shrimp, patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

Mix butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Add all other ingredients, except shrimp, mixing well. Gently fold in the shrimp. Pour into a serving dish or form it into a log in wax paper. Cover and chill for at least two hours.

Serve at room temperature with crackers, crostini, or bread.
