Roasted Red Pepper Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh, minced basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
