Rice Casserole

Cook time: 20-30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 (3oz or larger) package yellow rice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can Mexican-style corn
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Cook rice according to directions, then mix in the butter and cream of onion soup. Dump the corn, green  beans, and tomatoes into the bowl, and stir in. Pour into a casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
