Mustard Fried Whole Flounder

Ingredients
- 1 whole flounder
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 pinch to taste Salt
- 1 pinch to taste Pepper
Directions
Fill a cast iron pot or deep fryer halfway with vegetable oil and preheat to 375 °F.
Slather the whole flounder with Dijon mustard.
In a shallow casserole dish add flour season with salt and pepper. Place the flounder in the flour and dredge. Immediately dip the fish into the fryer and let cook for 5-7 minutes.
