Garden Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans very young early drained peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 boiled crumbled eggs
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons to moisten mayonnaise
  • chopped optional pimento

Directions

Drain peas very well. Add onions, crumbled eggs and mayonnaise. Season to taste. Add pimento (if desired.)
