Easy Air Fryer Fish Tacos

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons adobo sauce, from canned chipotle peppers
- 4 tilapia fillets (5 ounces each)
- Paula Deen House Seasoning
- oil, for spraying
- 8 corn tortillas
- ¼ head Savoy cabbage, shredded
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and adobo sauce. Set aside.
Working in batches of 2, season tilapia fillets on both sides with House Seasoning, spray fillets on both sides with oil, and place in air fryer basket. Set temperature to 350˚F, and air fry for 6 minutes. Turn fillets and spray with oil halfway through cooking. Remove fillets to a plate and flake into chunky pieces with a fork. Repeat with remaining tilapia fillets.
Spread mayonnaise mixture on tortillas and top with fish and cabbage. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
