JUMP TO RECIPE

Difficulty: Easy

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons half-and-half

Directions

On a lightly floured surface, roll the crescent dough in one piece, making sure to pinch the seams together. Fold in half and roll the dough into a 9×7-inch rectangle.

Combine the melted butter with the cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt; then spread the mixture over the dough, leaving a quarter-inch border all the way around. Evenly sprinkle the nuts and raisins over top of the butter.

Starting at one of the long sides, tightly roll the dough. Then cut it crosswise into 6 cinnamon rolls.

Spray the air fryer basket with oil, and place the rolls in the basket. Cook at 400˚ for 10 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

While the rolls cook, mix together the cream cheese, half-and-half, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Spread the frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
