Cookie Stamp Shortbread

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10-12 minutes
- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cups packed brown sugar
- 2¼ cup flour
- granulated sugar, for rolling
Preheat oven to 325˚F.
Cream together butter and brown sugar. Then mix in the flour well.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls, and roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet and press down.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
