Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 instant French vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips, slightly chopped
  • 1 bar semi-sweet baker's chocolate, grated


Preheat oven to 350˚F. Combine all ingredients except the chocolate with an electric mixer; then stir in the chocolate. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan or two loaf pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes, ensuring it is not over-baked.
