Chilled Grilled Corn and Watermelon Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seeded and diced watermelon
  • 3 grilled and kernels cut off the cob ears Sweet Corn
  • 1 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 finely chopped Tablespoons cilantro

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, gently toss all ingredients. Serve chilled.
