We love watermelon in salads. It pairs perfectly with an array of other ingredients, including corn, mint, and feta cheese. Plus, watermelon juice is absolutely delicious in punches. Next, search for its yellow spot—a creamy yellow spot means it’s ripe. Again, this spot should be yellow, not white. Lastly, give it a thump! Look for a deep sound rather than a hollow one.
