Difficulty: Easy

Prep time: 10 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • ⅓ cup chopped cooked chicken breast (can use baked chicken, canned chicken, fried chicken strips, etc.)
  • ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup Newman's Own
  • 1 tomato or spinach whole-grain wrap

Directions

Combine the romaine lettuce, chicken breast, and Parmesan cheese in a plastic bag. Put the salad dressing in a small container with a tight-fitting lid. Roll the wrap up in a large piece of waxed paper. Place them all in your lunch box.

At lunchtime, combine the salad dressing and the lettuce mixture in the plastic bag. Close the top and shake well to mix. Unroll the wrap and place the chicken salad on the wrap. Fold in each side of the wrap, then roll up the wrap tightly. Enjoy!

Cook’s Note: You can also prepare the sandwich at home. Combine the romaine, chicken breast, Parmesan, and dressing in a small bowl. Mix well. Place in the center of the wrap. Fold in each side of the wrap, then roll up tightly. Cut in half for easier eating. Wrap each half in plastic wrap.
