Air Fryer S’mores

- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 4 large egg roll wrappers
- ½ cup prepared chocolate frosting
- 8 regular-size marshmallows
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- oil, for spraying
- 4 tablespoons fudge sauce
- powdered sugar, for dusting
To make an egg wash, in a small bowl, beat egg, then whisk in milk.
Lay one egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, and place 2 tablespoons of the chocolate frosting in center of wrapper. Top wrapper with 2 marshmallows. Moisten edges of wrapper with egg wash. Fold top of wrapper down over marshmallows, and fold both sides toward center. Roll marshmallow packet toward you until completely rolls up, making sure roll is tightly packed and edges sealed. Repeat with remaining wrappers, frosting, and marshmallows.
Place graham cracker crumbs in a medium bowl. Using a pastry brush, coat rolls with egg wash, then gently roll in graham cracker crumbs.
Spray each roll on all sides with oil and place in air fryer basket. Set temperature to 400˚F, and air fryer for 5 minutes. Turn rolls, spray with oil, and air fry for 5 minutes more. Remove S’mores to serving dish, drizzle with fudge sauce, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve hot.
