Air Fryer Salmon Croquettes

  • 1 (14.75-ounce) can salmon, drained
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • oil, for spraying


In a medium bowl, combine salmon, egg, green onion, and ¼ cup of the breadcrumbs. Form mixture into patties and dust with additional breadcrumbs.

Spray 2 patties with oil on both sides and place in air fryer basket. Set temperature to 400 degrees, and air fry for 5 minutes. Turn patties, spray with oil, and air fry for 5 minutes more. Repeat with remaining patties. Serve warm.
