Do you have a broccoli cheese soup recipe, similar to Panera's?

By cheryl groner on September 23, 2013

My husband just loves this recipe. I make it whenever we're having a family get together. The only adjustment I've made, is that I make it without the water chestnuts - but this is a fabulous recipe - delicious!

What is "softened cheese product"? Anyone know?

By Erika on January 08, 2012

Can you please tell me what a 'softened cheese product' is? Velveeta? Cheeze Whiz? Or is it a cheese of our choice that has been 'softened' by warming/melting...... Thanks.

Absolutely none left after my family got ahold of it. I actually caught my extremely picky eating 3 year old son at the table wiping the bottom of the bowl with his finger trying to get some more of it after it was gone!

I give this recipe 100 plus% Yummmmm!

I tried this recipe last week and it was a hit with everyone including the children who did not like brocolli. The veggies were a bit soft so I will leave them raw and bake a little longer. I am trying it again today, but I am including cauliflower and carrots. This is a great way to get the children to eat their veggies.
