- Prep time: 10 minutes
- 2 bamboo skewers
- 1 ribeye steak, cut into chunks
- salt, to taste
- black pepper , to taste
- Vidalia onions, cut into chunks
- sweet bell peppers, red and orange
- tiny potatoes, or normal-sized potatoes, cut into chunks
Soak skewers in water so they don’t catch on fire. Season steak chunks to taste with salt and pepper.
Add steak and veggies to each skewer. Put the skewers on the griddle on medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes on each of the four sides until the steak and veggies reach your desired doneness.
