Q’s Cakes White Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

White Chocolate Brownies

  • 2 boxes white cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1⅓ cup oil
  • 2 boxes white chocolate instant pudding mix
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Icing

  • 1 (12-ounce) bag white chocolate chips, minus the ½ cup used for the brownies
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

White Chocolate Brownies

Preheat oven to 325˚F.

Spray 9½x13 pan.

Mix together cake mixes, eggs, oil, and pudding. Fold in white chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 21 minutes.

Icing

Melt white chocolate with oil and pour over the top of the brownies.
