Pineapple & Coconut Shake

- 2 1/2 to 3 cups fresh, cold and cut into chunks pineapple
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup coconut water
In a blender, add pineapple and coconut cream; blend until smooth. Add in coconut water to thin out.
Serve in chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint and a maraschino cherry (optional).
