Oven-Roasted Garlicky Shrimp

  • 1½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon roughly chopped fresh rosemary
  • Kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper


Preheat the oven to 400˚F.

On a sheet tray, toss together the shrimp, oil, garlic, and rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes, just until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through (they can get chewy quick).

Transfer the shrimp to a bowl, then pour any remaining garlic and oil from the sheet pan over the shrimp. Y’all can eat as is or over rice or a big salad for dinner.
