Monster Crispy Rice Treats

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 5½ cups Mini marshmallows
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- candy melts in colors of your choice
- edible candy eyes or craft googly eyes
Directions
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add mini marshmallows, stirring until the marshmallows are completely melted and combined with the butter. Remove from heat before stirring in the crispy rice cereal.
Press mixture into a greased 13×9-inch pan. Once cool, cut into rectangles.
When ready to decorate, melt the candy melts according to package directions (we recommend doing one color at a time!), and dip ⅓-½ of each treat into the melted chocolate, and quickly press the eyes into the chocolate before it hardens. Let cool on waxed paper.
Cook’s Note: If using craft googly eyes, be sure to remove the eyes before eating!
