Luke’s Squash Casserole

Servings: 6-9

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked & drained yellow squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cooked & crumbled cornbread
  • 1 stick Butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • ¾ cup celery

Directions

Sauté onion and celery until translucent.

Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered 8″x8″ casserole dish.

Bake at 350˚F for approximately 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
