Lightning-Fast White Bean Dip

  • 1 (16 oz can) rinsed and drained white kidney beans
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Paula Deen Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon Paula Deen House Seasoning
  • chopped, for garnish chives


In the bowl of a food processor, combine the ingredients and pulse until smooth.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve with crisp carrot sticks or toasted pita triangles.
