Lemon Sorbet Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons unrefined sugar
  • 12 cups lemon sorbet
  • 4 1/4 cups seltzer
  • 2 shots vodka
  • Fresh raspberries

Directions

Combine the lemon juice and sugar in a pitcher and set aside. Combine the lemon sorbet, lemon juice mixture, seltzer and vodka in a punch bowl. Decorate with some fresh raspberries.
