- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 slice white American cheese
- 1 slice yellow American cheese
- leftover pulled pork
- thinly sliced ham
- yellow mustard
- butter, for buttering bread
Preheat griddle to medium heat. Butter one side of each bread. Add the bread to the griddle, butter side down.
Add pulled pork and slice ham to griddle to warm
Add the white American to one slice of the bread, and add the yellow American cheese to the other.
Squeeze yellow mustard on one piece of bread. On the other slice, add the sliced ham, pickles, and pulled pork. Once both pieces of bread are nice and toasty, put the two pieces of bread together and enjoy!
