Chloe’s Bow Tie Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 box bow tie pasta
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 1 medium chopped Vidalia onion
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 12 oz chopped broccoli
- 12 oz chopped cauliflower
- or Italian dressing of your choice, to taste light Italian dressing
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Directions
Cook 1 box of bow tie pasta al dente according to box directions. Rinse and drain pasta.
Add vegetables to a large bowl. Add pasta and dressing. Toss well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Chill before serving.
