Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup baking mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400˚F. Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.

Over medium heat, cook the onions and ground beef until browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain off fat, season with salt, and spray in the pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking mix, milk, eggs, and vegetable oil until well mixed and pour on top of the ground beef.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
