Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons relish
  • applewood smoked bacon mustard

Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

Remove the egg yolks and place in a small mixing bowl. Add horseradish, relish and applewood smoked bacon mustard and mash together.

Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites, and serve.
