Paula’s Best Burgers

By

Grill season is officially here, and if there’s one thing we love to grill most, it’s burgers! There are so many great burger recipes and toppings to choose from, it’s hard to pick a favorite.

Paula prefers her burgers on a yummy toasted bun, and she’ll often put a slab of butter in the middle of her burgers. It makes the meat so moist and juicy!

Chicken Burgers with Rainbow Sesame Slaw – Who said burgers have to be beef? These chicken burgers are lighter than their beef counterparts and are topped with a tasty Sriracha-lime mayo and a bright, beautiful, crunchy slaw made of jicama, bell peppers, and snow peas!

Black and Blue Burger – A delicious blue cheese and butter center makes all the difference in these tasty black and blue burgers. If you’re looking for an out-of-the-ordinary burger stuffed with goodness, your search ends here.

Bo Burger – Topped with egg, onion, and American cheese, the Bo Burger rivals any restaurant burger (and costs a fraction of the price!)

Veggie Burger – For the veggie-lovers out there, this lower-calorie option is made with beans, kale, red pepper, onion, and some darn good seasoning. Top these tasty burgers with lettuce, tomato, pickles, avocado, or anything your heart desires!

Creole Burger – You don’t have to travel down to New Orleans for a tasty Creole burger. The homemade Bayou Mayo is the perfect addition to the veggie-filled beefy burgers. This is a must-try burger!

How do you like your burgers? With avocado? Bun-less? Medium rare? Topped with onion rings or caramelized onions? Let us know in the comments below!
