Ingredients
- 1 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- for garnish maraschino cherry
- for shaking and serving
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, rum, triple sec, lime juice and pineapple juice. Shake well.
Strain into a Collins glass or an old fashioned glass. Serve over ice, garnished with a cherry.
